How It Works
- Enquiry - start by getting in touch via the bespoke form. Tell us what you’re dreaming of, no matter how abstract.
- Consultation - we’ll arrange a call (or email exchange) to explore references, emotions, and ideas. This is where things take shape.
- Design & Materials - we’ll present sketches, source stones, and offer material combinations tailored to your vision.
- Creation - once everything’s confirmed, your piece is handmade to order. Crafting time depends on complexity, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
- Delivery - your finished piece arrives in custom packaging, ready to be worn, kept, or passed on
Timing
Once we have confirmed the design, typically bespoke items will take from 4 to 8 weeks to deliver depending on complexity and material sourcing. If you have a specific deadline (wedding, event, or gift), let us know early and we’ll do our best to align.
