something      soft      held      in      metal

Boys Wear Pearls began with a desire to create objects that carry both weight and softness. Jewellery that doesn’t resolve itself in trend or gender, but exists in the space between. A feeling of contradiction, tension and beauty misread - perfectly imperfect.

Each piece is handcrafted. Metals are chosen for their permanence. Stones are selected not for flawlessness, but for their ability to catch the light in unexpected ways. The result is something that feels organic, sculptural, irregular, yet entirely intentional.

Imperfection is welcome here. No two pieces are the same. You’ll notice asymmetry, a tension in scale. Settings that sit off-centre, like an emotion you can’t quite place. Everything has been considered, but never overly controlled.

about      the       founder

With a background in fashion and music, Sean has always been drawn to the edges of things, where masculine meets feminine, where distortion becomes so unbearably unlistenable it's beautiful, where objects carry more than just a status symbol. Boys Wear Pearls is a continuation of that search: not just a jewellery brand, but a physical language for identity, tension and tenderness.

He doesn't come from a traditional jewellery background. That's the point. Metal is sculpted like sound, stones are placed like pauses, woven into the fabric of the brand.

Boys Wear Pearls was born from duality, hard materials, soft meanings. Inherently perceived masculine forms, a feminine touch. The outcome is an instinctive extension of a life spent between image, form, sound and feeling.
